Using Connect the Dots methodology and resources and leveraging a thorough understanding of the organization’s needs, Jennifer partners with her clients to get results. Jennifer has also held HR leadership roles for a variety of companies including Deloitte, Motorists Insurance, Highlights for Children, and MedVet.
She regularly shares her knowledge and insights as a speaker to both leadership and human resources audiences. A specific area of focus for Jennifer is women in leadership. She chaired a local chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO). Jennifer also appeared on Good Morning America to share strategic advice for mothers returning to the workplace, an area in which she is passionate.
Jennifer is certified as a Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith. She is also certified in EQi 2.0 to administer and interpret both the Emotional Intelligence instrument and the 360-feedback tool. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and a Master’s in Labor and Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
She serves on the Governing Board for Make a Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, leads the Governance and Compensation Committee and is a past chair for the Central Ohio Regional Board. Jennifer is an active alumnus for both Miami University and The Ohio State University, where she serves on the Fisher Alumni Board. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio, for which she is a past president.
Away from the office, Jennifer is an avid traveler, active wish granter for Make A Wish and enjoys music and sports. She loves spending time with family and friends.
