CTD Principals to Speak at SHRM Conference

Brenda Hampel and Erika Lamont, Managing Directors at Connect the Dots Consulting, have been selected to speak at the Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues annual conference May 10-12, 2017 at the HRG Center in Houston, Texas.

The title of their presentation is: Stand Out or Fall Flat: Onboarding Success Matters for New Leaders. Here is a brief summary of the session - The alarming rate of new leaders who don’t deliver what they were expected to is still hovering around 40%.  Why?  Most of the time is not a lack of desire or effort, but a lack of appropriate integration support.  The right onboarding experience will allow executives to build a foundation for success, thereby getting the best out of their people and the organization.
