Connect the Dots is excited to announce the addition of Jennifer Gardner and Jennifer Johnson to our growing business. These two professionals bring extensive knowledge and experience to CTD and each will play an important role in our continued growth.
As a Director of Client Services, Jennifer Gardner brings 25 years of experience leading human resources and talent management in a variety of industries. Jennifer’s skillful expertise includes organizational development, talent management, employee relations and talent acquisition. Her extensive background and experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer, enables her to create deep and impactful changes within organizations. Jennifer Johnson also joins CTD as a Director of Client Services. Jennifer has spent 25 years working with Fortune 500 companies which allows her to cultivate deep business acumen and influences her work with individual leaders, teams, and companies. Her contributions at the organizational level include executive action learning programs where executive assessment, qualitative 360 feedback and executive coaching are critical pieces in the foundation of behavioral change.
