CHRO Networking Event Summary

On February 22, 2018, Connect the Dots hosted our first regional CHRO Networking event that brought together heads of Human Resources to discuss the topic, “What are your leaders missing?” Because today’s leaders are working in a VUCA world—Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous—they need different skills than in the past and a new success profile has been created.  In the discussion, we shared recent data and best practices on how organizations can find and retain talented leaders and talked about the skills and behaviors these leaders need.  This is the summary of our discussion - contact us for additional information on how to implement this new leader success profile in your organization.
